Diane Cammarata, RN, PMHNP-BC

is a board-certified Adult Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, owner and practice manager of Grapevine Mind & Body. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts-Boston in 1993 and her Master of Science Degree in Psychiatric and Mental health Nursing from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell in 2002. Diane has worked with Pain Management Physicians for about 5 years treating patients with chronic pain issues and migraine and has extensive experience in working with patients suffering with depression, anxiety, and grief issues. Diane provides a safe, comfortable and confidential environment for working on your mental health issues and improving your nutritional well-being.

Dr. Guzman specializes in Adult & Geriatric Psychiatryand has a background in internal medicine.

Diane will be practicing in Dr. Guzman's office where she will be doing medication management for his patients on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays .

Those patients who see Diane for services at Grapevine Mind & Body can now benefit from medication management with her at Dr. Guzman's office.
